Encourages DoorDash to provide accurate waiting time frames
Send updates to DoorDash account
Ex. “Arrived at the restaurant”, “Order has been picked up”, “On the way to drop-off order”
Report whether or not order was received late
If late, will receive a discount on next order based on exceeded time frame
Every 10 minutes it is late, they will receive $2 off their order.
Ensures that orders are promptly prepared and delivered with care
